Adjudicar a la empresa NUEVO SISTEMA MODULAR S.L. con NIF B-31555915 el contrato para realizar las obras de SUMINISTRO E INSTALACION DE VESTUARIOS DE EQUIPOS, MODULARES Y PREFABRICADOS PARA LAS INSTALACIONES DEPORTIVAS MUNICIPALES en los terminos incluidos en su oferta, por el importe de 35.892,23 EU, IVA incluido, correspondiendo 6.229,23 EU al IVA, siendo el precio cierto del contrato de 29.663 EU conforme a lo dispuesto en el articulo 35.1 LCSP y comprometer el gasto correspondiente, con cargo a la aplicacion presupuestaria J26/34200/62200 "Edificios y Otras Construcciones.
