This process is to purchase L'objecte del present contracte es el subministrament d'arid reciclat amb marcatge CE, d'acord amb la resolucio de l'Agencia de Residus de Catalunya TES/1455/2020, de 17 de juny, de convocatoria d'ajuts per a la utilitzacio d'arid reciclat dels residus de la construccio amb marcatge CE en obres promogudes pels ens locals i empreses publiques municipals de Catalunya, aixi com el seu transport als camins establerts, estesa i compactacio.Els camins que es descriuen en el projecte es troben en situacio de circulacio bastant deficient, i l'arranjament es considera urgent ja que son camins no sols d'utilitzacio per veins, agricultors, ramaders i pels camions de les granges, sino per ADFs i proteccio civil. Hi ha trams on, actualment, nomes es pot circular amb 4x4 i per aquest motiu es creu prioritari restituir la viabilitat dels trams descrits en el projecte.
