(21%) = 2030,43 EU Duracion 7 meses Examinada la documentacion que la acompana, visto el informe de Secretaria y de conformidad con lo establecido en la Disposicion Adicional Segunda de la Ley 9/2017 de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Publico, por la que se transponen al ordenamiento juridico espanol las Directivas del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo 2014/23/UE y 2014/24/UE, de 26 de febrero de 2014, RESUELVO PRIMERO. Justificar la celebracion del contrato por los siguientes motivos: EL CONTRATO MENOR DE SUMINISTROS ES PARA ALQUILER CONCRETO DE BICICLETAS CICLOINDOOR DURANTE LOS MESES DE JULIO A DICIEMBRE 2023.- quedando acreditado que la contratacion de Contrato menor de suministros alquiler de bicicletas cicloindoor de uso profesional, mediante un contrato de Suministros es la forma mas idonea y eficiente de llevar a cabo los fines del Ayuntamiento. SEGUNDO. Justificar la no alteracion del objeto del contrato por los siguientes motivos: EL CONTRATO MENOR DE SUMINISTROS ES PARA ALQUILER CONCRETO DE BICICLETAS CICLOINDOOR DURANTE LOS MESES DE JULIO A DICIEMBRE 2023, POR TANTO SE ENTIENDE QUE NO HAY FRACCIONAMIENTO.- TERCERO. Contratar con FITNESS PROJECT S.L la prestacion descrita en los antecedentes. CUARTO. Una vez realizada la prestacion, incorporese la factura y tramitese el pago a la vista del informe de intervencion previa. QUINTO. Notificar la resolucion al adjudicatario en el plazo de diez dias a partir de la fecha de la firma de la Resolucion. SEXTO. Comunicar al Registro de Contratos del Sector Publico los datos basicos del contrato incluyendo la identidad del adjudicatario, el importe de adjudicacion, junto con el desglose correspondiente del Impuesto sobre el Valor Anadido.Awards
