El Acuerdo Marco podra ser objeto de tres (3) prorrogas anuales (de 12 meses cada una) sucesivas, que deberan ser acordadas por el Organo de Contratacion con un preaviso de dos meses de antelacion a la finalizacion del Acuerdo Marco. No obstante, la duracion de la ultima prorroga anual podra ser reducida hasta un maximo de seis (6) meses por mutuo acuerdo entre el Organo de Contratacion y las adjudicatarias de cada lote. La duracion total del Acuerdo Marco, incluidas las prorrogas, no podra exceder de 48 meses (4 anos), de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el articulo 219.2 de la LCSP.Awards
