This process is to purchase L'objecte del contracte consisteix en la construccio d'una pista poliesportiva coberta amb una orientacio nord-est / sud-oest a la cantonada de la parcel*la municipal situada al C. del Colom del Pi de Sant Just, amb referencia cadastral 0285801CG8408N0001OJ. En primer terme es procedira a realitzar la neteja de vegetacio existent i anivellar el terreny mitjancant reaprofitament de les terres que s'extreguin de les sabates de fonamentacio dels pilars de la cara sud. La cobertura de la pista es dura a terme mitjancant una estructura d'acer i fusta laminada amb fonamentacio mitjancant sabates de formigo armat, d'acord amb el sistema descrit al projecte. Es projecta una solera de formigo que preveu el transit rodat interior de forma ocasional d'acord amb les caracteristiques descrites en el projecte. El projecte planteja una pell de policarbonat al seu perimetre lateral que no es considera facana amb les exigencies i prestacions que d'aixo se'n deriva. Es projecta una coberta lleugera dues vessants i el acabats tot seguint l'indicat en el PROJECTE BASIC I EXECUTIU PER LA CONSTRUCCIO DE PISTA POLIESPORTIVA MUNICIPAL D'OLIUS i ANNEX I AL PROJECTE i la MODIFICACIO DEL DOCUMENT NUM. V PRESSUPOST ANNEX I D'ACTUALITZACIO DE PREUS DEL PROJECTE BASIC I EXECUTIU PISTA POLIESPORTIVA COBERTA OLIUS.
