This process is to purchase Suport tecnic per a la reestructuracio i migracio dels serveis del nuvol d'ORACLE i adquisicio de credits per al desenvolupament del projecte interuniversitari LEAN-Learning Analytics.L'objecte de la contractacio es un servei que ha de constar de: Reduir la latencia i millorar la velocitat entre el primer CPD de la Universitat de Barcelona (UB) i els serveis desplegats al Cloud d'Oracle mitjancat la migracio amb transformacio dels serveis actuals al Cloud de Frankfurt a Madrid. Redefinir i adequar els serveis del Cloud de bases de dades pel Datawarehouse i resta de components auxiliars per les necessitats del projecte Lean+. Adquisicio dels credits necessaris per poder abordar amb garanties el projecte Lean+ pel que fa ampliar i reforcar els recursos necessaris. Millorar la monitoritzacio i procediments d'actualitzacio de pegats de seguretat a les diferents capes per poder abordar el projecte amb garanties.Aquest projecte esta financat pels fons de recuperacio europea a traves del Ministeri d'Universitats i la convocatoria UNIDIGITAL (RD 641/2021).
