Periodicament es fan actuacions de manteniment, tambe l'any 2009 es va fer una ampliacio d'uns 200 ninxols. Tot i aixi encara hi ha mancances de capacitat.Per tant, en un futur immediat es preten ampliar la capacitat i ocupar l' esplanada del darrera en una superficie aproximada d'uns 3.000 metres quadrats. De moment en aquesta actuacio solament s'ocupara una superficie de 800 metres quadrats, els quals estaran destinats a una capacitat d' ocupacio de 160 ninxols.
