S'instal*lara un sistema de climatitzacio eficient, amb un sistema de recuperacio entalpic que millori l'eficiencia del sistema. Tambe s'instal*laria un sistema d'il*luminacio eficient a base de leds. Per altra banda, a la coberta de l'edifici es proposa la instal*lacio d'una serie de plaques fotovoltaiques que permetin fer de l'equipament un edifici autosuficient des del punt de vista energetic.
