EXP. 2022/049530/006-202/00001 a favor de la mercantil LAS CALRAS AUTOMOCION SL segun las determinaciones establecidas en la oferta y conforme al caracter y fuerza de ley del que dispone los pliegos que rigen este procedimiento de licitacion, adjudicacion y ejecucion del objeto y tipologia del contrato y en cumplimiento estricto de los mismos y caracter vinculante de la oferta del licitador. SEGUNDO.- De conformidad con el articulo 159.6 LCSP y a la vista del caracter de la tramitacion del presente procedimiento, mediante procedimiento abierto simplificado sumario g) La formalizacion del contrato podra efectuarse mediante la firma de aceptacion por el contratista de la resolucion de adjudicacion.Awards
