Recentment s'ha realitzat una reforma a la instal*lacio termica. Aquesta consisteix en la incorporacio d'una nova caldera de biomassa i una nova instal*lacio de terra radiant, per calefactar la zona de la sala de teatre. Aquesta nova instal*lacio es la instal*lacio de funcionament principal.
