Justificar la celebracion del contrato por los siguientes motivos: Dotacion economica para el contrato de servicios de publicidad, quedando acreditado que, la contratacion del servicio citado mediante un contrato menor, es la forma mas idonea y eficiente de llevar a cabo los fines del Ayuntamiento. SEGUNDO. Contratar con la mercantil Prensa Vega Costa, S.L., con cif B-54716832, la realizacion del servicio descrito en los antecedentes, con caracter retroactivo, del 01/01/2021 al 31/12/2021. TERCERO. Una vez realizado el servicio, incorporese la factura y tramitese el pago si procede. CUARTO. Notificar al adjudicatario en el plazo de diez dias a partir de la fecha de la adopcion del acuerdo, asi como al Jefe de Negociado de Gestion Economica del Ayuntamiento de Rafal. QUINTO. Comunicar al Registro de Contratos del Sector Publico los datos basicos del contrato incluyendo la identidad del adjudicatario, el importe de adjudicacion, junto con el desglose correspondiente del Impuesto sobre el Valor Anadido.Awards
