El contractista haura de prestar un servei d'assessorament, que inclou les seguents prestacions:a) Assessorament en tot allo referent a la fiscalitat sueca que afecti el funcionament habitual de la DGSE.b) Assessorament en aspectes relacionats amb el dret laboral suec. Inclou la redaccio de contractes de treball, assistencia en demandes laborals, assessorament en relacio a l'extincio dels contractes de treball, gestio i tramitacio de baixes laborals per incapacitat temporal o permanent, altes i parts de confirmacio, i comunicacio i declaracions de parts d'accidents de treball.c) Calcul de les nomines a pagar per part de la DGSE, aixi com la confeccio i presentacio de les cotitzacions a la seguretat social a retenir als treballadors i a pagar per part de l'ocupador a la Hisenda local.d) Gestio de la comptabilitat de la DGSE tot adaptant-la a la fiscalitat sueca i redaccio i presentacio de l'informe anual sobre ingressos a la Hisenda localDelegacions del Govern de la Generalitat a l'exteriorEUR 6,3842024-12-27
