Per altra banda es milloraran alguns dels serveis que actualment ja es presten en aquest edifici.L'actualitzacio del projecte que ara es presenta preten, unica i exclusivament, la normalitzacio dels preus de l'obra als preus de mercat, degut a l'augment d'aquests en els darrers anys i davant la impossibilitat de reeiximent en la licitacio del mateix amb els preus d'execucio de l'obra del 2017.La present memoria contempla el projecte complet, no obstant, caldra tenir en compte que hi ha certes partides executades i certificades anteriorment.
