I led med detta och pa uppdrag av Utrikesdepartementet genomfor SI arligen ett femtontal utbytes- och utvecklingsprogram som syftar till att skapa langsiktiga relationer och omsesidiga laroprocesser genom moten, utbildning och kulturella upplevelser.Denna anbudsforfragan omfattar konsultstod till tre av SI:s planerade ledarskapsprogram SHE Entrepreneurs, SHE Leads samt ett program med arbetsnamnet SI Innovation Leaders.
