Ces sousmissionnaires devront au cours des quatre prochaines annees mettre en cas de besoin le personnel requis a la disposition de l'OFEV.Les sousmissionnaires doivent definir dans cette offre le standard minimal par fonction ainsi que le tarif horaire du personnel mis a disposition.Un contrat cadre avec le nombre d'heures mentionnees ci-apres sera conclu avec chacun des quatre adjudicataires. Le nombre maximum d'heures (soit 46 000) sera reparti entre eux quatre. Cette repartition ne donne aucun droit a la realisation des prestations ni a leur remuneration. Le besoin concret sera communique par l'OFEV aux sousmissionnaires sous la forme d'un profil d'exigences.Awards
