Die Fahrten werden im Voraus geplant (Fahrdaten / - zeiten, Route, Menu, Endpreis) und den Gasten in einem vorgefertigten Package angeboten. Die Platze fur die offentlichen Angebote werden von den Kunden uber Ticketcorner gebucht. Fur Gruppen ab 17 Personen, die im Rahmen der offentlichen Fahrten fur Tickets anfragen, wird eine Extrafahrt organisiert. Diese Extrafahrten gehoren ebenfalls zu den offentlichen Fahrten und sind Teil dieser Ausschreibung. Das Programm der VBZ Genuss-Linie soll abwechslungsreich sein und wird saisonal geplant.
