Im Dachgeschoss (Kaltdach) ist die Technikzentrale vorgesehen. Die Tiefgarage ist dem Hangverlauf entsprechend halbgeschossig versetzt und bildet im nordlichen Teil den Aussenplatz. Im nordlichen Teil der Parzelle werden als Ersatz der abgebrochenen Garagen Neue erstellt. Die Bollwerkstrasse mit der angrenzenden Stutzmauer zur Post (Parzelle 365) wird abgebrochen und ersetzt. Im westlichen Teil der Parzelle zur Nachbarsparzelle 2795 wird ein neuer Veloraum gebaut.Awards
