Es entstehen Buros, ein Laborbereich, eine Kuche mit zugeordnetem Aufenthaltsbereich, ein Vortragssaal sowie ein Umkleidebereich mit Sanitaranlagen. In die Umgebungsgestaltung werden 20 PP fur Motorfahrzeuge integriert. Das konstruktive Konzept definiert sich aus Betonstutzen und Betondecken mit nichttragenden Holzfassadenelementen. Die Verkleidung bilden im Erdgeschoss hinterluftete Glaselemente und in den Obergeschossen hinterluftete, verputzte Tragerplatten. Die Raumteilungen im Innern bestehen aus Leichtbauwanden. Das Gebaude erfullt die Anforderungen gemass Minergie-P-ECO. Die Warme und Kalteabgabe erfolgt uber ein TABS, die Beluftung erfolgt uber drei Luftungsanlagen.Awards
