Die Arbeiten umfassen die Planerleistungen fur Architektur, Bauingenieur, Fachplaner, weitere Spezialisten und Berater. Zurzeit liegt das Bauprojekt mit Kostenvoranschlag vor. Auf dieser Grundlage sind die weiteren Phasen gemass LM SIA 112 von der Ausfuhrungsplanung (Teilphase 51) bis zur Inbetriebnahme (Teilphase 53) zu leisten. Die Teilphase 41 Ausschreibung, Offertvergleich und Vergabeantrag wird nicht separat entschadigt. Diese Teilphase gehort zur Erstellung des Angebotes. Die Bauleistungen umfassen die Umsetzung samtlicher Planungsleistungen.Awards
