Avec deux salles d'exposition, une scene et une librairie, le CCS offre une plateforme a tous les domaines artistiques. Apres plus de 30 ans d'activite, l'infrastructure du CCS necessite plusieurs ameliorations et transformations afin de lui permettre un nouveau cycle de vie adapte aux exigences culturelles, techniques, securite et accessibilites contemporaines; -- les travaux attendus sont des travaux de transformation et renovation dans un cadre et contexte contraignant au coeur de Paris dans le quartier du Marais. Compte tenu du cadre financier, le projet doit etre economique et devra faire preuve d'ingeniosite. Les elements de construction arrives en fin de vie seront remplaces et l'exploitation sera optimisee.
