La norme a pour objectif d'eviter l'introduction et la propagation d'organismes dangereux avec le bois d'emballage. Depuis 2011, la Suisse a decouvert plusieurs fois des capricornes asiatiques. Ce coleoptere fait deperir les feuillus et il est de ce fait particulierement dangereux pour les forets, les parcs publics et les cultures fruitieres. Le coleoptere est introduit en Suisse notamment avec les emballages en bois des marchandises importees d'Asie orientale. Le present appel d'offres entend rechercher en 2 lots des mandataires qui assisteront le service phytosanitaire federal dans l'application des bases legales: -- lot 1: controles phytosanitaires (application de la norme NIMP 15), -- lot 2: controles phytosanitaires avec chiens renifleurs (application de la norme NIMP 15).Awards
