Das Gebaude B erfahrt eine Totalsanierung von Fassade, Fenster, Dach und wird im Minergie Standard ausgefuhrt. Eine Heiz- und Kuhldecke wird installiert; ebenfalls eine Luftung. Im Gebaude C sind alle Technikraume angesiedelt, die das komplette Areal erschliessen. Hier wird die Heizung ersetzt, die Kuhlung fur das Gebaude B erstellt und die Wasserverteilung angepasst. Damit der grosse Plenarsaal so genutzt werden kann, wie gewunscht wird die WC-Anlage und das Fluchttreppenhaus vergrossert. Im Gebaude D und E werden nur technische Erschliessungen im UG erstellt. Im Gebaude F und G werden Doppelzimmer in Einzelzimmer mit Nasszellen umgerustet. Ebenfalls wird die neue Wascherei im Kopfbau realisiert. Im Wohnhaus wird die heutige Abwartswohnung Totalsaniert mit Fenster, Fassade, Dach und innen neu konzipiert. Der Wohnungsteil rechts bleibt unverandert bestehen. Die Umgebung grosstenteils angepasst.Awards
