Bei der Verwaltung der Dokumente steht die Dossiersicht im Zentrum. Dokumente sollen mit wenig Aufwand im DMS abgelegt und verschlagwortet werden. Eine leistungsfahige Suchfunktion ermoglicht das rasche Auffinden gesuchter Dokumente. Eine hohe Benutzerfreundlichkeit ist dabei ein wesentlicher Erfolgsfaktor. Zur Strukturierung der Dossiers sollen keine statischen Register zur Anwendung kommen (Dossierstrukturen stellen dynamische Sichten dar). Ein weiterer wesentlicher Projektinhalt bezieht sich auf die Integration von Fachapplikationen. Die vorhandene ,,IBM Notes" -Plattform und die Microsoft Office Palette mussen eng in das DMS integriert werden (die Prozesse der Fachapplikationen sollen beibehalten, jedoch die Dokumentenhaltung direkt ins DMS verlegt werden).Awards
