Les zones de bureaux et de commerces doivent etre construites en gros et le centre de voyages en pleine construction GF 6'400m2, GV 25'600m3. Le batiment residentiel et commercial est une construction nouvelle solide, comprenant cinq appartements a l'etage, un espace de bureau a l'etage-superieur, des usages gastro et commerciaux au RDC et au SS, ainsi que l'acces au a IP Sichtern. Les appartements seront entierement amenages, les bureaux, les commerces et les restaurants seront construits selon les normes de base. GF 4'200m2, GV 15'300m3. Une gare routiere temporaire doit etre creee. Toutes les directives concernant la construction a proximite des chemins de fer doivent etre respectees.Awards
