Er ist eine 160 m lange Stahlbrucke fur Fussganger. Um ein wirtschaftliches Projekt zu garantieren, wird die Brucke von 4 Stutzen getragen. Die bestehenden Rampen der Tiefbahnhofe werden dabei als Fundationen genutzt. Die nutzbare Breite betragt im Bruckenbereich 4.10 m und auf der Treppe 2.50 m. Der Querschnitt besteht aus einem Hohlkasten mit variabler Hohe und seitlichen Konsolen mit konstanter Auskragung als orthotrope Platte. Die Bruckenuntersicht - mit dem pragnanten mittigen Trager - wird im Sinne der Gesamtform und des Tragverhaltens durchgehend in der Untersicht der Treppen bis zum Bruckenfuss gefuhrt. Bedingt durch die wachsende statische Hohe des Tragers und zur Ausbildung einer funktionalen Entwasserung gibt es eine leichte Steigung zur Bruckenmitte hin, wo die Aussicht am weitesten ist.
