Fur die Werkstatten und Buros werden die Aussenwande zur Aussteifung in Stahlbeton auf Streifenfundamenten ausgefuhrt. Der Hallenboden wird fugenlos in Fasserbeton. Die Aussenhulle best. aus einer Metallfassade. Im Bereich der Anlieferung werden Vordacher aus Stahlprofilen mit Stahlstutzen vorgesehen. Die Gesamtabmessungen betragt max. 82.50 x 78.10 x 17.0 m.
