Das Ergebnis mit einem Atemlufttestgerat genugt aber nur dann als Beweis, wenn der Wert unter 0,80 Promille liegt und die betroffene Person diesen mit ihrer Unterschrift anerkennt. Ab 1.10.2016 wird fur den Nachweis der Angetrunkenheit uber 0,80 Promille die Blutprobe in der Regel wegfallen und durch die beweissichere Atemalkoholprobe mit einem Atemalkoholmessgerat ersetzt werden.Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung von beweissicheren Atemalkoholmessgeraten (METAS-zertifiziert) sowie die Wartung der Gerate.Die Auftraggeberinnen behalten sich explizit das Recht vor, i. S. v. Art. 7 Abs. 3 lit. g OBV, der Siegerin dieser Ausschreibung weitere Auftrage freihandig zu vergeben.Die weiteren Details konnen Anhang A entnommen werden.Awards
