Dies fur die Abwicklung der Phasen Einfuhrung und Abschluss (UCC) respektive fur die Phasen Realisierung, Einfuhrung und Abschluss (CCL) gemass der Projektmanagementmethode Hermes SA.Das Ziel ist sicherzustellen, dass die bestehende Contact Center Losungen (CCL) 1:1 abgelost sind dass der UCC-Service vollstandig eingefuhrt und einsatzbereit ist.Als Ergebnis liegt ein durch das KAIO mit dem Gewinner der Ausschreibung unterzeichneter Vertrag vor.
