Die Geschosshohe betragt in den Burogeschossen 3.40 m, das Gebauderastermass 1.40 x 1.40 m. In der Sockelzone befindet sich die Eingangshalle als halboffentlicher Bereich mit Arbeitsplatzen fur Studenten. Im Trakt Nord wird ein Weiterbildungs- und Seminarzentrum mit Horsaal und Medienraum realisiert. Die Obergeschosse weisen ausschliesslich Buronutzung auf. In den Untergeschossen befinden sich Seminarraume, Archiv- und Lagerraume, Technik- und Logistikbereiche sowie Raume fur Rechneranlagen.
