The framework agreement or agreements will support the University's need to support Projects funded wholly by the University or part funded by external public or private grant funders.The Contracting Entity may appoint more than one Supplier (between 1 and 6) to ensure that there are sufficient resources to provide the technical expertise, experience and the resources capacity to offer environmental business and commercial advice, in accordance with current environmental legislation, best practice and future developments and opportunities.The Supplier or Suppliers will have range of specialist experiences and a proven track record of successfully influencing measurable and positive environmental change across businesses.The recipient of the Service (a Service User) may include SME's within the West Midlands or University staff.The Supplier or Supplier will manage all aspects of the delivery of the Service, to include but not limited to, providing: professional consultancy advice and guidance, one to one mentoring support (to individual SME's), delivery of or provision of support for conferences and workshop events, reports and case studies (both written and verbal). It is expected that the management of the Service will evolve over the life of the framework agreement but the fundamental focus of business and commercial environmental issues will remain a constant.Awards
