The framework will cover the following trades; -- Flooring services -- Groundwork / Fencing -- Window Cleaning Services -- Specialist Drain Cleaning -- General Builderwork Repairs -- Felt and Misc Roofing Work -- Glazier Works -- General Electrical Repairs -- General Joinery Repairs -- Door Entry Systems -- Painter work - int/ext The resulting framework will operate 11 Lots as illustrated above, allowing Participants to register their interest against one particular discipline, or as many as it is capable or interested in delivering. This allows the Authority to consolidate the various contracts into a single exercise, whilst ensuring access is not restricted to large organisations. It is envisaged that 3 Participants will be appointed per lot on a ranked basis to allow flexibility should the top ranked supplier be unable to fulfil the call-off, and to enable the Authority to invite these three suppliers to quote for any high value requirements.
