In broad terms the role of the repairs management contractor can be defined as:(1) Construction management and related services in performing an operational management function in managing the workforce, sub-contractors and supply chain as well as administering the management function in accordance with the Authority's policies and procedures;(2) Added value services including leveraging experience and back office functions from the repairs management contractor to transfer commercial know-how to the HRS and to bring innovation to the way in which services are provided by the HRS.Awards
