The framework will be divided into seven lots and suppliers will be invited to submit expressions of interest for one or more lots which are as follows: Lot 1 sales and marketing development; Lot 2 E-commerce and E-marketing; Lot 3 product development and process improvement; Lot 4 change management; Lot 5 legal services; Lot 6 accountancy; Lot 7 human resource consultancy; It is anticipated that the framework will be effective from September 2011 and will be for a period of 4 years. All figures quoted are indicative only and for the initial contract period only as the council can not guarantee future levels of spend or volumes under this arrangement. Further details of the requirements will be specified within the tender documents which are available via the regional tendering website http://scms.alito.co.uk.
