The tender process establishing the Framework provides for periodic 'refreshes'. The Contracting Authority is now refreshing the Framework to: 1. invite potential providers to tender for appointment onto the Framework; and 2. allow existing Framework providers to vary their service offering by revising their prices / adding new units. The Framework duration is 3 years from 1.4.2017. Current Framework providers are not required to respond to this notice.
