This service will be provided to a range of staff working with these young people, including SEN School transport providers, identified Essex Social Care staff, short break foster carers and identified or/and education staff and workers supporting young people who access Essex short breaks. Full details of the scope of this service can be located within the tender documents.In addition, prospective candidates are advised that this procurement will be conducted under the light touch regime and the Council is unable to accept any variant bids or proposals which incorporate sub-contracting options in respect of this service.Awards
