In support of this purpose DFID is seeking to establish a new Global Evaluation Framework Agreement (GEFA) to ensure the provision of efficient and effective expert services for the design and conduct of evaluations. It is intended that the new GEFA will become DFID's primary route for engaging service providers to implement its evaluations. In order for suppliers to be a framework participant they must be competent in at least 1 of the following types of evaluation: Impact, Performance, Process and Monitoring. Full details of the services are in the Terms of Reference. It is anticipated that the Framework Agreement will begin in July 2016 and operate for an initial 2 year period with the option for 2 further 1 year extension subject to ongoing need. DFID will accept bids from consortia for this work.Awards
