Objective: Document the high-level options available for deploying industrial CCUS industrial sites where a carbon dioxide transport and storage infrastructure network may not be easily developed, qualitatively appraising these options with respect to cost, risk, and emission reduction potential, including how and the extent to which they will address the challenges identified in Work Package 1. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the RFx attachments tab within the Emptoris System. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
