The Council expects to appoint a minimum of 4 up to a maximum of 6 managers to a panel of managers, although not all managers may be funded initially but may be funded at any time during the period the panel is in existence. The total initial investment is expected to be in the region of 750 000 000 GBP. The panel is expected to commence in early 2013 and will run for a maximum period of 10 years. The estimated annual value for this contract is 3 300 000 GBP. The successful manager will be required to be authorised by the Financial Services Authority or equivalent regulatory authority and have a minimum professional insurance cover of 20 000 000 GBP for any one incidence during the life of the contract.Awards
