A DPS is similar to a Framework, however new Contractors (economic operators, organisations, applicants and bidders) are permitted to join the DPS at any time during the validity period of the DPS subject to meeting the Council's pre-qualification criteria, which is available via the Council's eTendering portal-Proactis Plaza. Contractors should note that admission onto the DPS is not a guarantee of any award of contracts.
