The Marine Plans will be developed with reference to the Marine Policy Statement (MPS). It is expected that they will be adopted in their final form in Spring 2011. The SA development and delivery process for both East Offshore and East Inshore Marine Plans will run in parallel under the same procurement as two separate Lots. Both Lots will be managed under separate contracts, tracking the progress of Marine Plan-making processes. Although contracts will be managed together by a single team at the MMO they will be subject to separate contract agreements. One provider will be appointed per Lot. Contractors are free to bid for one or both Lots.Awards
