However it will also be available to all Directorates in particular Property Services, Children, Schools and Families and Parks and Open Spaces.This Consultancy Framework is required to support the delivery of a significant programme of works to address the PS401m investment backlog to the Council's Housing Stock, identified by a 2012 Stock Condition Survey.
