During the summer vacation period (June -- September) all areas of the accommodation are given a 'deep clean', both within the flats and houses and in the common parts. The University also runs its residential conferences in the accommodation during this time and following these the accommodation received a second 'final departure clean' turning the accommodation back to the deep clean specification. Both the deep clean, final departure clean and conferencing cleaning is required to a hotel standard and we are looking for partners who will be able to provide a first class standard of service. The successful tenders will need to be able to demonstrate exceptional levels of organisation, operational management, resource levels and ability and commitment to meet the challenges this opportunity will present.Awards
