Works will also comprise a number of mechanical installation works to other properties. In addition, the service provider will also undertake quality control and health and safety auditing, testing and reporting of domestic and commercial heating systems on a planned service programme. The contract to be entered into will be a collaborative partnering contract with the successful bidder expected to provide comprehensive "design & build" services, working in collaboration with Catalyst Housing Group (CHG) and its professional advisers. The contract to be awarded will be single term contract whereby the contractor will be awarded the comprehensive term programme of works. The term contract to be entered into will be the ACA Term Partnering Contract (TPC2005 (Amended 2008)). CHG will award the contract dependant upon criteria stated in the Invitation to Tender (ITT). The term of the contract will be for an initial period of 5 years with an option to extend for a further 5 years. Annual term reviews will take place throughout the term of the contract and subject to performance criteria set out in the ITT, will determine continuation or termination of the term programme.Awards
