There are 5 trade categories (Builder, Joiner, Plumber, Electrician and Multi-trade i.e. adaptations for the disabled, preparing properties for relet, house clearances and cleaning...) within each of the 3 housing management areas 1. Arbroath, Carnoustie and Monifieth 2. Brechin and Montrose and 3. Forfar and Kirriemuir. Applications can be submitted for 1 or more lots up to the maximum 15 lots available but no contractor will be awarded more than 2 lots within the same trade group (i.e. Builder, Electrician, Joiner, etc.). This is to maintain emergency supply chain continuity in the event of a critical business failure of one of the suppliers in that trade group.
