Subject to satisfactory reviews during the regulatory period the contract may then be extended at the sole discretion of Scottish Water into the next regulatory period.Scottish Water intends to award contracts under this framework in the following lots:Lot 1 - Civil Engineering Works Tier 1 Delivery Partner,Lot 2 - Clean Water Network Replacement/Rehabilitation Tier 1 Delivery Partner.It is envisaged that 2-4 Tier 1 Delivery Partners will be awarded per lot.Scottish Water is looking for applications from contractors with the correct skills set to deliver this programme of works.Applicants will be expected to be of sufficient financial and economic standing to support the anticipated contract value. All Applicants must complete the financial questions within the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and Tender documents. Financial standing relevant to the anticipated contract value will be determined by Scottish Water, based on the response to the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and any further financial checks deemed necessary.There is no predetermined estimate of the value of work that will be allocated to successful bidders. It is anticipated that the allocation of work will be dependent on the delivery capacity that can be made available by those bidders who are most economically advantageous to Scottish Water.Estimated contract value excluding VAT is in the range of GBP 8 000 000 across the 2 lots per annum, with a total estimated spend for the initial regulatory period in the range of 45 000 000 - 50 000 000 GBP.Awards
