Buying entity๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง University of Leeds Buying unitnot reported Publication date2013-08-10 Contest statusnot reported DescriptionThe Centre for Innovation in Health Management at the University of Leeds is seeking to refresh its organisational development and leadership development capacity through the appointment of Individual and Organisational Development Associates, who will specialise in working in a group consulting and / or coaching setting.We are seeking senior and experienced development consultants with one or more of the following:-- Experience and capability in delivering organisational change programmes designed using complex systems ideas and approaches-- Experience and capability in delivering leadership development programmes to using real work as the basis for learning, and preparing leaders for leading complex change-- Experience and capability in systemic coaching - including working with participants on their real work in their real work settings.We require all of our consultants to have a track record:-- of working in the public sector, with clinical and managerial professionals, on their personal effectiveness in leading and managing complex systemic issues with evidence of impact.-- in working at senior team and CEO level with evidence of impact;-- in working with service users as equal partners in change processes with evidence of impact-- in working in consulting teams, supervising colleagues and leading evaluations.-- in sharing practice for a wider audienceSpecifically the consultants must be using individual development and coaching processes congruent with complex systems theory.
