The Framework Contract will cover all categories of work for reactive repairs, maintenance and minor works projects (up to an individual value of 30 000 GBP) not covered by the Council's own maintenance staff. Within this category contractors will be required to respond to individual works orders for both domestic and commercial properties, participate in a quotation process for certain categories of work where competition may be required and deliver a responsive repairs service both during and out with normal working hours. The value of the individual orders/quotations will range from 0,01 GBP to 30 000 GBP. The framework contract will cover four areas: Buckie, Elgin, Forres and Keith and suppliers will be offered the opportunity to provide services in one or more areas and in one or more specialities.Awards
