This framework will be run in parallel with 2 regional Frameworks for schemes over GBP 3.5m and a Carmarthenshire Framework to cover works between GBP 150k and GBP 3.5 million. It is envisaged that works within this procurement exercise will involve minor repair works (responsive) where work will be undertaken within specific targets, as well as refurbishment works to housing, corporate and educational establishments, minor extensions and any other work including small planned maintenance schemes and disabled adaptation schemes for which the estimated construction costs within the corresponding value bands of up to GBP 10k and GBP 10,001 - GBP 150k.
