Additional sub quality criteria will be stated within the tender document.The contract will be broken into 15 lots as detailed below.The University reserves the right to award any combination of lots to one supplier or if it is proven not economically advantageous the University reserves the right not to award a lot as it sees fit.The contract will be let under the NEC3 TSC Standard Form of Contract.1.1 Term Maintenance ContractA Term Contract is in place to undertake planned maintenance, responsive and out of hours emergency repairs and general maintenance works to all University maintained properties in Lincolnshire:A. Academic and residential properties on the Brayford CampusB. Academic and residential properties at Riseholme Campus excluding those leased to Bishop Burton CollegeC. Academic properties at Holbeach CampusD.
