Buying entity๐ฌ๐ง Golden Jubilee Hospital (National Waiting Times Centre Board) Buying unitnot reported Publication date2014-01-11 Contest statusnot reported DescriptionFrameworks Scotland 2 is a National Framework Agreement for Scotland between the Authority a Statutory Body constituted pursuant to the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978, and appointed "Principal Supply Chain Partners", under which a range of publicly funded construction and repair/maintenance schemes can be delivered in respect of health, social care and other facilities:-- operated, or to be operated, by or on behalf of any NHS Scotland Health Board, Special Health Board, or other NHS organisation operating in Scotland,-- occupied by any NHS Scotland Health Board, Special Health Board, or other NHS organisation operating in Scotland,-- forming part of a facility occupied by, or located on property occupied by, any NHS Scotland Health Board, Special Health Board, or other NHS organisation operating in Scotland.It is intended that the following parties will be entitled to call off the Framework:-.-- NHS Scotland Health Boards, Special Health Boards, and other NHS organisations operating in Scotland,-- Any other organisations involved in the provision of health, social care, or health or social care related services in Scotland (including those working with or on behalf of the above NHS Scotland bodies) including, without limitation, entities which are involved in the funding and/or operation of health and social care facilities, universities, charities and local authorities, as nominated by the Authority.These bodies may act individually or collectively when calling off the Framework. Further information is provided in the Memorandum of Information contained in the PQQ which will be issued (via www.publictendersscotland.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk) in connection with this tender process.Principal Supply Chain Partners must have the ability to deliver the required functions of the complete supply chains for each appointment, which may include all or some of the following: all design work, including, without limitation, service strategies, estate strategies, business planning, developing the brief, design development, obtaining planning permission and relevant statutory and other consents and construction for a variety of projects including, without limitation, demolition, equipping, new build, refurbishment, extension, conversion, adaptation, backlog maintenance programmes, risk reduction, business continuity works.Please refer to the Memorandum of Information on www.publictendersscotland.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk for further detail and information.Health Facilities Scotland, a division of the Authority, is running this tender process.
